A local number is linked to the city or region of your business and falls within the corresponding area code. A national number, on the other hand, is region-independent and has a nationwide appearance. Both numbers can be called at the normal local rate.
If your company operates in multiple cities and you have offices there, you can activate local numbers for all those cities. If your company is located in only one city, we can only activate a number for that specific city.
